Vaccinations: Recommended, But Really Necessary?

I was concerned about traveling to a foreign country and wondered if I might need vaccinations. But I was also concerned that if I asked any official offices, organizations, or travel businesses, that they would most certainly say yes. How Do I Use My Phone in Another Country?

One question I have while preparing to travel to the Philippines (my first trip to a foreign country) is about using my mobile phone.
